Hibachi Steak House & Sushi Bar Wednesday January 7, 2009    LUNCH MENU IS NOW AVAILABLE ON SUNDAYS, 12 PM - 3 PM.  Hibachi Hibachi-style of cooking is also known as Teppanyaki (鉄板焼き), is a type of Japanese cuisine that uses an iron griddle to cook food. The word "teppanyaki" is derived from teppan (鉄板), which means iron plate, and yaki (焼き), which means grilled.   Our Hibachi Main Dining Room has 8 Teppanyaki tables. Each table can accommodate up to 10 people. After you have enjoyed your soup and salad, Our Hibachi Chefs will provide you with an unforgettable and entertaining dining experience!   For a large private gathering, we have a VIP Hibachi Room that will fit up to 20 people, or you can reserve the entire Hibachi Dining Room!
